Francis "Arnie" Arnstein and Mike Mehta getting on down to the sound of ZZ Top

Francis "Arnie" Arnstein - sometime Consultant Anaesthetist and former Chair of the Entertainments Committee - turned groovy rocker at Londons Victoria Park. Here he was spotted getting on down to the sound of ZZ Top last July. Arnie now lives in Edinburgh.
