John Saunders

“I was at the University of Leeds from 1978-1981 and was then a

Manager with British Telecom for 10 years.

I have spent the last 17 years in financial services, mainly in complaint handling. This has encompassed the pension review scandal, the mortgage endowment review scandal and currently the payment protection insurance scandal. Hopefully there will be enough scandals to take me through to my retirement!

I now own a limited company and do contracting in the above.

I am divorced, with one son aged 20.
